2016 escalade fan keeps running

Both bullitens outline incorrectly wired 2015-2016 Escalade, Yukon, Tahoe vehicles and this causes dead batteries.I’ve never owned a Tahoe before, I did however own a 2016 Silverado with the 5.3 a few years ago and never noticed anything like this. My first thought was maybe ascending up the mountain pass it got a little hot and the fan is designed to keep running until cool, but I’m just guessing. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
