Wanted to show comparison between the new cvt oil and 40k cvt oil. left is new and right is old. truthfully, I believe it is best to change oil out every 30k after looking at the old oil.www.subaru.com. I suggest you get the FIRST oil change earlier. The oil change experts here will give you some guidance. The norm is 6,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes earlier.
