Ask your own question now. i think this is the wrong schematic because i just went and looked for the sp243 splice pack and it is not there.You have a bad ground. Your A/C panel and your left turn indicator share the same ground. It is ground G401. It is a splice pack located at the left kick panel. Don't know if this might help, but I did find a thread that mentioned (splice pack) sp423 -- a bunch of grounds packed together on the rear crossmember just behind the fuel tank (and damned difficult to get to). I can barely touch it and the wire has no stiffness at the connector. It may be hanging together with just a strand.Super weird that cleaning a bunch of grounds caused those indications.
