Boil Over is an old perk, so it's gonna be a bit questionable honestly. It can be completely useless if you're using it as a filler perk, but get a build dedicated to it and becomes the most annoying perk possible. Most of the people that use it are either new players thinking it's good because it works with new killers and people with builds ...You can get hooked everywhere on Eyerie.
