Bought my C308 used in New condition right after Christmas 2015. CETME foregrip, fire control group and bolt/carrier assembly. Lower grip is G3 Navy. Upper is certainly PTR manufacture as is barrel. Muzzle brake is 'Chevron'/Century proprietary in 5/8x24. This Brake seems to work very well. Sights are CETME as is the bayonet lug.

Overall, the C308 appears to be a genuine fix for all the reliability and headspacing woes encountered by the original patch of CETME rifles imported by Century at the dawn of the 21 century.
