Basically you need to FIRE your OC the week of the SB... then go to FILL spots on menu to [re]hire the OC (before advancing). Then you can hire (or re-hire) the OC, and you will not get stuck with the FATAL ERROR (you need to repeat ever year). UNLESS -- you get bit by the OTHER FATAL and MUITL-YEAR old issue where your Franchise save gets ...So I play CFM (Which I know Madden gives as much effort into it as that One Friend we have that was born tall and good looking and can pick up chicks with 10 words or less) and I noticed that in my 5th (maybe 6th, I just had the 2024 draft) year my Superstar Tackle (Generated so not a real player) which was over an 80 ovr so he should've had 2 abilities.The real bug that needs to be fixed is the developer. Only thing holding madden back. Not to defend EA but the time played thing is a policy on all of Xbox when it comes to refund. I've tried it with multiple titles and the only way you'll ever get a refund is if you literally never booted the game in the first place.Re: Madden 23 - Franchise Mode - No Offensive Coordinators available. Hey so quick fix! I found a solution. Fire your OC and DC Coordinators and rehire them should keep them from disappearing. So DO this EVERY STAFF SIGNING. Switch back to your original team. Hire that OC. This seems super risky.
