I have this same problem. The difference is that mine is intermittent. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I have the most success at getting the radio on when the radio starts in the on position, wait for the chime to stop and then turn it over. But that only works sometimes. it's so irritating.To reset the uconnect on the 2019 dodge ram 1500, hold the vr and phone buttons on the steering column for 30 seconds, then open the door for an additional 30 seconds. Tried both ways to reboot, neither of them worked. Nope does not work on my 2019 ram new body 8.4”.
