I don´t like when a mod add to much stuff, poor optimsed, had lots of bugs, had no balance and lots of crashes. Engine is very limited, thats reason they use Unreal Engine for Kenshi 2 now. Some Mods thats add to much and break immersion for me. There many places in Kenshi thats desolated, i like it.
