If the character has even one of them, they think it's a skeleton wearing the skin as a disguise. It's the Holy Nation, they don't need a reason to attack a non-human. The game's AI is set to think that as long as you have robotic limbs, NPCs will consider you a skeleton. This is the same logic that one unique recruit has :P.Description.
