Nov 17, 2013 · B8200. It blew the seal out the back of the hydraulic pump, the motor is probably full of hydraulic fluid now. Good thing it it's very common for that to happen, and it probably didn't do any damage to the engine. Your going to have to pull the pump again... and replace the seal. Please see attachment. I just swapped the headlight bulbs with some LED versions. Quite a bit brighter and still utilize the existing switching. I think they were like $12 for a pair off ebay. That said I also have a light bar for it. I used a standard 40A 12V relay with a switch to run that. Just wired right off the battery so its a whole new circuit.

The B6200 and B7200 parts show 11 teeth for their shaft. My B8200 parts list calls for 16 teeth on the shaft. So this is the potential key to my problem.
