Prius red triangle no codes

There's no other codes and the voltage on my Prius hybrid battery is 12v and around 14v when driving. Anyone know what else it could be?About a week ago red triangle, vsc, and check engine light came on. Changed oil (4,800 miles since last), lights still on. Went to Auto zone, checked codes but nothing came up. For no real reason, I decided to reset the codes. You should check if your inverter pump is working. Open the inverter coolant reservoir and see if the coolant is moving rapidly when your car is "READY". You can also read the codes to determine what the car is reporting.
